More Than The Desert Misses the Rain
Finally getting in to canyons, plateau, sand and Cacti. This is what my early childhood consisted of and it brings back so many memories.
One of the best things in the west is storms. There was a small opportunity to capture the huge storm we were driving into from a distance. Good thing for this small stop at the edge of Utah or I wouldn’t have gotten any photos that evening. It is a bit of a drive in the rain before we have the chance to set up camp and take some astro photos in the desert area. Plus, it rained all night flooding the road to our camp area. Luckily, we were able to find another BLM area for some light car camping.
